Payment of Online Purchases
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Simply phone or email us, quoting your card number, expiry date and cardholders name and your purchase will be dispatched once the transaction is approved.
We also accept cheques and direct account transfers (EFT) followed by a faxed confirmation of payment into the Centre?s account.
Postage and Packaging
The cost of postage and packaging is additional to the cost of your purchase.
Tjala Arts aims to provide the most economical and efficient method of delivering your purchase. All consignments are sent unstretched unless otherwise specified. The works are securely packed and sent registered mail. Insurance is available on request at an additional cost.
National
We send by post, road or airfreight depending on your requirements. Our standard charge for parcels under 5 kilos to anywhere in Australia is $25AU per package, registered mail via Australia Post. Parcels over 5 kilos, express parcels or freight deliveries start at $55AU and increase depending on their size, weight and your requirements.
International
Our postage charge for small to medium packages under 5 kilos is $65AU. For larger bulkier items we provide a quote for your approval before dispatching. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate while guaranteeing their safe arrival. We use TNT, Australian Air Express or Australia Post.
Customs charges
Customs charges may be levied when a package arrives at your designated country. Tjala Arts is not responsible, nor able to provide estimates for these charges. We recommend you contact your customs office for further information.
Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Returns will only be accepted if they are dispatched within seven days of receipt of your order. The artwork must be retuned in its original condition, packed in the original packing including tissue wrap, bubble wrap and cardboard etc. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the forfeit of your refund.
How to return
Please return the artwork to the address below, including your receipt and a simple explanation why you are returning the artwork. As the artwork will be at your risk until received by Minymaku Arts, we recommend you insure the shipment.

Refunds
When we have received the returned goods we will notify you via email of your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Warranty
We undertake that the goods we supply will be of merchantable quality and match the description on our website at the time of purchase. All other warranties, guarantees, representations or other assurances implied or imposed by law and statute are hereby negated and excluded to the fullest extent possible at law and under statute. In any event, our liability shall be limited to either replacing the goods in question or refunding the cost of those goods.

Currency Conversion Disclaimer
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Your credit card will be charged in the Australian dollars. Some banks and credit card companies charge a fee for currency conversion.

This website is controlled by Tjala Arts from the art centre in Amata, South Australia, Australia. It can be accessed from other countries around the world and these places may have laws different from South Australia. By accessing this website both you and Tjala Arts agree that the statutes and laws of South Australia, within the Commonwealth of Australia, apply to all matters relating to the use of this website.
