The online gallery is updated with new artworks weekly. Once you have submitted a request to purchase an artwork an email is automatically generated and sent to us with your details. We will then get in touch with you to organise payment and postage. Please read our Terms and Conditions for our sales policy.

Tjala Arts is an Aboriginal Owned and Governed Art Centre

What is Authentic Art?

Authentic Art:
1.) is created in ethical conditions (where, how, why)
2.) ensures the artist who is credited for creating the artwork really did produce it
3.) means entire journey of the artwork – from creation to sale - is transparent

It is imperative that art is authentic in order to retain its value.

The best way to ensure your art is authentic is to buy from an art centre and be sure you receive your certificate of verification.

At Tjala Arts 60% of sales revenue is returned to the artist and the rest is reinvested in their art centre. This means painting money is invested into families – providing clothes and food to many. Whole communities benefit from ethical art buying and supporting art centres.

All our artworks are documented and sold with certificates of provenance, which includes an interpretation of the painting story, and the artist's biography.
